We will refund items that are defective or damaged within 30 days of you receiving your order.
In the event that we offer a refund for a defective or damaged product, your refund will be processed, and returned via your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

If you are returning items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned items as we are not responsible for any products lost in transit to us.
